In this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) and the resulting or related relations of the Parties, the following terms and definitions are used:

Agreement – this document with all additions, changes and mandatory documents specified therein.

User – a legally capable individual who has joined this Agreement in its own interest or acting on behalf and in the interests of the legal entity represented by it.

Site – any of the automated information systems available on the Internet at network addresses in the following domain (including subdomains):: http://biotservice.com/.

Operator-IT Professional Solutions LLC (OGRN 1135902002158), located at 51a Sovetskaya str., Perm, 614000, organizing and / or performing personal data processing, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

Application – computer programs and / or databases, including a Website, intended to provide access to the Service using the Device for informational purposes.

Device – a personal computer, tablet, mobile phone, communicator, smartphone, or other device that allows you to use the Application and / or Service for their functional purpose.

Service – a set of services provided to the User using the Application.

A cookie is a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer, which the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time it tries to open a page on the corresponding site.

IP address – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

The Operator draws Users ' attention to the fact that the Operator collects User metadata (cookies, IP address and location data) necessary for the operation of the Site.

By leaving a message on the Site or registering to participate in an event on the Site, or performing any other actions on the Operator's Site, the User confirms that he has read and fully agreed to the terms of this Agreement without any changes or additions. By acting freely, of their own free will and in their own interest, as well as confirming their legal capacity, the User gives their consent to the Operator to process their personal data in accordance with the conditions set out below.

1. Depending on the business functions implemented by the Operator, the processing of personal data may be carried out either with the use of automation tools, including in information and telecommunications networks, or without the use of automation tools. Processing of personal data without the use of automation tools can be carried out by fixing documents on electronic data carriers.

2. A mandatory condition for visiting the Site and using the services offered by the Site is the full and unconditional acceptance by the User of the terms of the Privacy Statement posted and/or available on the Internet at http://biotservice.com/.

3. The User, by joining this Agreement, gives his consent to the processing of the following personal data: contact phone numbers; email addresses; user data (location information; OS type and version; Browser type and version; device type and screen resolution; source from where the User came to the site; from which site or by what ad; OS and Browser language; what pages the User opens and clicks on; ip address; cookies).

4. Personal data provided by Users is not publicly available.

5. The purpose of processing personal data is: processing incoming User requests for the purpose of providing advice and providing answers to questions asked; analyzing User actions on the Site and the functioning of the Site; conducting advertising and newsletters.

6. The legal basis for processing personal data is the following regulatory legal acts: The Constitution of the Russian Federation; Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data"; Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 01.11.2012 No. 1119 "On Approval of Requirements for the Protection of Personal Data when Processing them in Personal Data Information Systems", Regulation privacy statement posted by the Operator on the site http://biotservice.com/.

7. During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed:: collection; processing, recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; depersonalization; use; transfer, including at the request of a court, including to third parties, in compliance with measures that protect personal data from unauthorized access (distribution, provision, access); blocking; deleting; destroying. Personal data is stored for no longer than the purposes of personal data processing require, but not less than one year, from the date of the last visit to the Site by the User, or until the written withdrawal of personal data sent by the User to the address: 614000, Perm, vehicle number 187. Storage of personal data recorded on paper media is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 125-FZ "On Archival Affairs in the Russian Federation" and other regulatory legal acts in the field of archival affairs and archival storage. If the subject of personal data or his representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the User's consent, if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ" On Personal Data " from 27.07.2006 year.

8. This consent is valid all the time until the termination of personal data processing in the cases specified in clause 7 of this Agreement.
