Privacy Statement
This Privacy Statement (hereinafter referred to as the Statement) defines how IT Professional Solutions LLC (Perm, Russia) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) collects, uses, stores and discloses information received from users of the website http://biotservice.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site). This Regulation applies to the Site, all subdomains of the Site, and all products and services offered by the Operator.

This Regulation applies directly to the Site and to information obtained through it. Personal data — any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data).

User – a legally capable individual who has joined this Agreement in its own interest or acting on behalf and in the interests of the legal entity represented by it.

Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain group of persons.

Dissemination of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of persons (transfer of personal data) or at making personal data available to an unlimited number of persons, including publishing personal data in the mass media, posting it in information and telecommunications networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way.

Site – any of the automated information systems available on the Internet at network addresses in the following domain (including subdomains): http://biotservice.com/.

Agreement / Consent – a User Agreement with all additions, changes and mandatory documents specified in it, posted on the Operator's Website.

Destruction of personal data — actions that make it impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) as a result of which the material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

IP address – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

II. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. This Regulation applies to the Site http://biotservice.com/ on all computer and mobile devices. The User's use of the Site means that they agree to this Regulation and the terms of processing the User's personal data. The User is informed and agrees that his Consent given in electronic form on the Site is a consent that fully meets the requirements of the legislation on personal data and allows you to confirm that it has been received by the Operator.

2.2. The Operator may periodically make changes to this Privacy Statement. If changes are made to the Regulation, the Operator notifies the User by posting the current version on the Operator's Website http://biotservice.com/.

2.3. This Regulation applies only to the Operator's Website. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the User can click on the links available on the Operator's Site.

2.4. When registering on the Site, it is assumed that the User provides the Operator with reliable information about himself. The Operator is not obliged to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

2.5. By registering on the Site, the User voluntarily and explicitly accepts the terms and conditions of the User Agreement and voluntarily agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with these Regulations.

III. SUBJECT OF THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT

3.1. This Regulation sets out the Operator's obligations for non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality of personal data that the User provides at the Operator's request when filling out the notification form on the Operator's Website and (or) when registering for an event that is announced on the Operator's Website.

3.2. The User consents to the processing of personal data, including the collection, processing, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, depersonalization, use, transfer, including at the request of a court, including to third parties., in compliance with the measures that ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction. Personal data depending on the document (message, event request, response, etc.) includes, but is not limited to, the following personal data: contact phone numbers, email addresses, place of work and position held, user data (location information, OS type and version, browser type and version, device type, etc.). the screen resolution, the source from which the User came to the site, from which site or ad, the OS and Browser language, which pages the User opens and clicks on, IP address, cookies).

3.3. IV. METHODS AND TERMS OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

4.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without the use of such tools.

Personal data is stored for no longer than the purposes of personal data processing require, but not less than one year, from the date of the last visit to the Site by the User, or until the written withdrawal of personal data sent by the User to the address: 614000, Perm, vehicle number 187.

5.2. The Operator is obliged to:

5.2.1. Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in section 4 of this Privacy Policy;

5.2.2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the User's prior written permission, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or otherwise disclose the User's transferred personal data, with the exception of clause 4.2. of this Privacy Policy;

5.2.3. Block Personal Data related to the relevant User from the moment of application or request of the User or his legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects for the period of verification, in case of detection of unreliable Personal Data or illegal actions.

5.3. Other rights and obligations of the Operator as a personal data operator are determined by the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of personal data.

VI. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES

6.1. The Operator is not responsible for any damage or loss caused to Users due to errors or inaccuracies in the information provided by the User on the Site.

6.2. If there is no access to the Site, either in full or in part, due to maintenance work or other technical work that ensures the normal functioning of the Site, the Operator is not responsible to Users for the latter's failure to receive any information.

6.3.The User is solely responsible for any problems that arise during the User's registration and use of the Site. The Platform is not responsible for any damage or loss to the User that has occurred as a result of a problem that has occurred due to an error or negligence of the User when using the Site.

VII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1. Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Operator, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute). The Operator has the right to send written requests and / or complaints to the email address specified by the User on the Site. After receiving the claim, the Party is obliged to provide a written reasoned response to the claim within 30 (thirty) calendar days.

7.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the court at the Operator's location.

7.3.The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Statement and the relations between the User and the Operator.

VIII. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

8.1. These Regulations have been prepared in compliance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and other regulatory legal acts regulating the procedure for working with personal data.

8.2. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Statement without the User's consent.

8.3. The new Privacy Statement comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Statement.
